clutch line size

I need to know what size my clutch line connectors are, from the master clutch cylinder, to the transmission.

I have a 90 240sx, with the sr20det engine and 5 speed transmission.

I'm getting rid of the bleeder block, and taking a stainless steel braided line driectly from the master clutch cylinder to the clutch slave cylinder.

I'm thinking that it is a -4 AN, but I want to make sure, before wasting another $50. on my swap.

any help would be great.

So you want to get rid of the hardline?

Ummm keep the factory hard line, just get rid of the dampener box. And get stainless line from the hard line to the slave.

the hard line is my problem, on all 4 that I have tried, the connector where it connects to the dampener box, which I have switched out 4 times as well, it leaks at the connector.

I will be deleting the dampener box anyways.

But I figured it would be better to change the hard line out and just make it one line, instead of having two lines, connected together.

I'm using the correct lines, but I can't figure it out. The lines are connected correctly, and tighted, and everything is bolted down correctly.

I'm getting ready to pull my hair out, over this swap.

I have to change out my master clutch cylinder because its leaking inside my car, when the clutch is pressed down and released. It came from a wrecked 240 from the junk yard, so the rubber probably is to dry and cracked to be used.
