flywheel/clutch bolt

If i have one of the bolts missing off of the clutch that holds it on will that really matter if have all the other bolts tight and im just missing one?

why woudl you even take the chance? i mean if you do turn out to need it you have to pull the trans back out again..... just put it in and be on the safe side.
