help 5 speed swap
well i had my 240 for a bout umm almost 2yrs. but my tranny went out on me so it sat for a 1yr in the back now i want to do a auto to 5 speed swap what are the neccesary parts? 
ohh yeah im going to do a motor swap to. sr20det from heavy throttle my car is a 92 240sx se cupe.
