im wanting to swap out the dif. with one out of a j30 but idk what years will fit.ive heard that they are a direct bolt on.ive also found a 93 j30 dif. but i want to know if that will work...any help would be awesome!!

Basically if you want to use an Early J30 diff, you need J30 Axles as well.

If you want to use a late J30 diff, it will work with your axles.

You may have driveshaft length issues either way.

ok.thanks man..i found a 93' j30 rear diff and got it i just have to find the axles now..
