ka trannys

does anyone know if i can put a ka tranny in a sr20? would it be strong enough?thanks

The internals are the same for the SR and KA. Just swap the bell housings and it should bolt right up!

i know a guy here in SLC, UT that's got a KA tranny bolted to his SR20DET, and he's running mid 13's consistently, with no problems from the KA tranny
