R200 Diffs

Yeah i was wondering if anyone could tell me how good the R200 diffs mostly out of like a 95 j30 is. Im looking into gettin one and i wanna know how good tey work and how easy it is to put in a s14. If not any other good diffs i should look at?. Thanks.

What are you doing with the car? If this diff is going to see a track, then get an aftermarket diff. Also search to see whats good. Plenty to choose from.

Like he said what do you want to do with the car? Depending on what your using the VLSD for it may or may not be what your looking for.

From: Here and there, mostly here.
S13,S14,S15,Z32(NA),J30,R32,R33,R34(non GTR) all came with R200 diffs.
The difference is
R200V = VSLD
R200H = Helical
