Reverse lights problem

Well when I realized that my reverse lights stopped working I thought it was the bulbs. Then I checked the fuse, and found that it was blown. So I replaced it with one from my other car. When I did this the reverse lights came on and stayed on (the car was in neutral). I dont know what the problem is. Did I do something wrong? Do I have to reset something?

Please help me if you can.

Thanks
