Shifting Gears is Rough

i got a s13...soo when i shift gears...it doensnt slide too easily....it feels like im grinding.....i dont get it..are these symptoms of an about to be blown tranny?....any help would be appreciated....thanx

From: Here and there, mostly here.

bleed you clutch system first. if still doing so replace old worn parts. if continues buy another tranny.
