Swap to a one piece driveshaft?

Has anyone swapped out their 2 pc driveshaft for a 1 pc? I'm wondering if there will be any binding problems or floor pan clearance problems if I swap to a 1 pc aluminum driveshaft. Any input would be great, thanks.

Depends on the thickness of the shaft I would asume. I'm working on a full drag 89 and I've been workin on the driveline. I'm converting probally to a Ford 9" solid axle rear with a straight driveshaft. I measuered it all out and it shouldn't hit the floor pan. Hope this helps.
