i have an a/t 95. i found an S13 Silvia VLSDifferential gears at Rinkya.com. is the lack of 5 gears going to affect the differential at all? maybe the difference in driveshafts, if any? i searched on How Stuff Works. and various other 240sx sites to find the answer to my AutoTranny + VLSD question. no results yet. maybe i'll get a clear answer here. to some this might come as a common sense question or a dumb question. try not to be a flamer. thanks

 

Im not entirely positive, but I beleive it will be the same for both manual and Auto. Im 90% sure. Maybe someone can back me up

 

well, i did some more research after posting. i found some of the answer i was looking for. S13 Silvia w/ vlsd had an R200V. while the S14 240sx w/ open diff has an R200 case that we're all very familiar with. so, maybe an S14 Silvia R200V cover w/ Silvia drive axels and drive shaft from an A/T S14 Silvia (w/VLSD) are also things i should take into consideration. im sure that a VLSD will work with an A/T since not ALL Silvia's are M/T. i just answered my own question... sorry for acting like a newbie.
