is this the same thing as this(the piece on the bottom) . im only asking cuz the mount my tranny swap cmae with is busted(the rubber part is detached from the metal) so i think i might want to buy a new one. thanks for any info.

Yes it is the same thing. Tanabe also makes a tranny mount bushing. SO you have many to choose from. Good luck.
