What clutch should I get?

Hey

What should I get? I have been told that a performance clutch is not the way to go. Should I just get a regular clutch or a performance. If performane what kind?

Thanks,
Cody

Question is what do you plan on doing with the car? Daily driver just to work/school/etc. Plan on racing, dragging, drifting, possibility of going turbo eventually stock motor.Or if you plan on swapping the engine in the near future no need to spend a few hundred on something that will be used for long. If your just going to drive it like a normal human being in a straight line and once in a while floor it get a near stock clutch such as Exedy OEM. Performance clutch would vary to the amount of horsepower/torque you plan to make so it will hold and not slip.

I am also looking for a clutch kit. I have a stock SOHC KA engine. My question to you all is.....is Exedy a decent brand? This is my daily driver, but I do drive her hard once in awhile....I have to...its a 240sx LoL

Exedy makes hi-perf stuff too, but their product line reaches down to OEM replacements as well.

...oh and as far as if Exedy is good, I'd buy one if I needed one
