american sr20det

hi i was checking out these engines and i was told that some american cars had them. i just wanted to know if this was true. one of the cars they said had this engine was the 2000+ sentra.

nope here are the ones that had it......none of them

the following had the N/A version ( no turbo )

Infiniti
G20 all years

Nissan
NX2000
200sx Se-R (only) 94-99
one other i believe but it escapes my mind

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get one of those American sr20's and put a turbo on that was equivalent to the one tey came stock with in Japan? Also what kind of sr20 did those cars have?
