CFM of electric fan?

This question has been asked and answered before, but not the issue of CFM. I am doing a rb25 swap, and wondering if I really need a super mega flow 3000 cfm 16 in cooling fan, and how much can I get away with? 1200? 1500? and what is the best size to go for? dual 12s? I wanted one 14, or a 16 if it will fit. Thanks.

THE STOCK SYSTEM USES A 1050CFM PULLER CLUTCH FAN, ANYTHING LIKE/ABOVE THAT WILL WORK. I HAVE A 3000CFM 14" PUSHER ON MY RB20DET (WHICH I BOUGHT MOTOR MOUNTS SO I CAN SWITCH IT TO A PULLER FOR BETTER COOLING) AND ITS WORKING FINE.
