I have a s13 and I am doing a sr20det s14 engine swap in it.I wanted to get the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust Catback.I was wondering when I order it.Which One do I order?The Exhaust for the S13?or the S14(cause of the engine)

Get a S13 exhaust, I am more then sure it will fit properly

 

Catback exhaust is vehicle specific, not motor specific.

 

also, sr and KA use the same exhaust... so like rudee said, it's by chassis

 

s14 exhausts are longer than s13. it'll stick out

 

My bad - let me reword that - I meant to say that SR and KA use the same exhaust, i.e. if you buy exhaust to fit your car and you have a KA, when you swap to SR it'll still fit

- but - as swannjay pointed out - you still have to get chassis specific fitment

 

OK thank you all for the help.I have one more Question.I am planning to get a Short Shifter.So I would have to get the one that is for the s14?Cause of my Engine?

 

Any 240sx short shifter will fit - both KA and SR, s13 and S14.
