Question head swaps (not d-de)

i searched for some info on this, but i couldnt find it. I was wondering if a KA24DE head from a sentra or another front drive car would work in my 91 240? When i was going to swap a miata head onto my escort, i found out the head had different oil gallies becuase the rear drive setup vs. the front drive. and they both share the same block and engine code. I'm looking to rebuild a head and i cant find a 240 anywhere, but lots of sentras. And a question just by chance anyone happens to see, are the jim wolf dual valve springs and valves well made parts? thanks for the help.

I thought sentras were equipt with like the biggest a 2.0 and right now the 2.5. The altima has a KA, but I don't think you can change them out.
