If you know were to look, and how to do some of the work your self you can save alot of money. I bought my curent car and 17" wheels tires, and have made up a budget for everything I need to do the swap. I should have no problems doing everything for under or close to $7000cnd (this includes the cost of my car and wheels / tires and some more mods).

Well i hear you bro theres a turbo kit for the ka that boost designs puts out and for about $2,200 you have a complete bolt on turbo kit including intercooler.. It's the best deal i could find most other kits are atleast 4k with intercooler.. I have a 96 240 with 82k miles debated on putting in the sr but dont think it makes any sense to swap the motor when i can just juice up the one i already have (plus u can do the bolt on yourself and an sr swap might be a little more difficult) anyway check out that kit by boost designs im sure you'll like what you see and have fun kickin **** when your 240 is bad ****../.

you are better off paying a little more and getting a motor with a wiring harness and ECU. may cost a little more upfront, but saves time and hassle/money in the end. JDMotor has them on here shipped to you for $1900 If you need it installed let me know. We can even do your bodywork for cheap. I beat EVERYONES prices. ussually by a few hundred bucks, and I am about an hour from you. if you need help with anything let me know at: iroc_07@yahoo.com
good luck with whatever option you choose.
