hey i just bought a 92 240sx se 5 speed today for $350 and i cant make up my mind what i want to do. i wana know if it would be better to build my ka24de with turbo and all that or should i do the sr20det swap. which would be easier and not so exspensive money isnt really a problem i just dont wnat to have to spend ALOT of money. so which one would get more power for the money and which would be easier. thanks for and replies.

 

work from the ground up(suspension, brakes so forth) then worry about the engine.

just curious.... why was it only 350 bucks?

 

the dude was really desprate for money. and it has a minor dent in the driver 1/4 panel from tapin the wall while drifting. but i have a friend thats going to fix that and it has a tick in the engine. it sounds like its coming from the front of the engine. do you have any idea what that might be? but i kinda figured for $350 its not in bad shape.

read up on both of the engines and pick what you like better, everyone and there mother asks this question and all it boils down too is a matter of preferance..there is no definite answer to which is better, if someone claims so then its because they are biased and thats what they like better.

yea thats wat i thought. im just guna stick with the ka and build her up. nothin too fancey. im just lookin for no more than 250hp since i am guna be driving it to school. ill try to keep everyone posted on it as i build her because its going to a while till shes back to perfect condition.
