parts needed for a sr swap in a 89 240?

Ok, so far i have ordered a clutch and flywheel and motor mounts.
Before i buy the motor i want to have everything i need for this sr swap into a 89 240.

right now im in the search for a 91-94 powersteering reservoir and lines.

I also need a 91-94 cluster or a jdm cluster and maybe i might want to tweat wit it. http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthre...b=5&o=&fpart=1

I'm still looking for a custom a/c bracket b/c im sure as hell don't want to be driving around during the summer without any a/c.

I'm still a little confused about the radiator. I was wondering if i can use my stock radiator w/ the sr motor?

Whats a good brand and size intercooler i should go wit? for a low price!

What else do i need to complete my swap? I don't know what else I might need to get it running.

Any help from u guys would be very helpful.

If anyone has any of those parts for sale let me know.
I need what i can take.

Thanks,
Addum

Hey man, I'am almost done my sr swap, same year as yours (89). You can still use your stock rad but make sure and check inside to see if it is pluged up. you will need to make an upper hose to fit. you can use your lower hose of the ka (just cut it a bit). You will need either a electic fan or the jdm manual fan setup. The stock Ka shroud will NOT line up.

I hope this answers some questions

I'm still a little confused about the radiator. I was wondering if i can use my stock radiator w/ the sr motor?
yes you can but you'll need custom hoses heavythottle.com sells them
or go w/ a koyo rad w/ samco hoses
Whats a good brand and size intercooler i should go wit? for a low price!
greddy spec v $699 almost anywhere

What else do i need to complete my swap? I don't know what else I might need to get it running.
flex light dual fan (not needed recommended)
fuel pump
wireing harness lenghten
driveshaft shorten
larger oil pan (recommended stock sr only hold 3 1/2 quarts)
heater hose conversion to the firewall
power steer conversion lines (if you want power steering)
Any help from u guys would be very helpful.
any other question just IM me

turbo inlet and manifold gaskets are also a good idea, ive heard of them blowing out on a lot of swaps, and you can pick them up for 12 bucks a peice

differentstroke you're posting a lot of stuff that isn't a necesity for the swap... and you've been doing it in a lot of posts, you should really do some more research before answering others, especially considering you 1) dont have your motor yet and dont know first hand the issues, and 2) aren't doing it yourself to realize the need of a part.
