RB videos??
hey
im chris, from dorifuto.net
gav's old silvia was an rb20det and as you can see had a lot of top end power, smoking through third easily. he now has another s13 and is building it up, putting a turbo on the sr20de. i think he really wants another rb though
theres a new video on the site from a few weeks ago, from a drift practice day. its a big video ~ 100mb but worth the download.
the video download link is on here:

have a look at the dark green sileighty in the video [pic], he has an RB25DET Neo motor from an R34 GT-t skylne. He's also put a Trust TD06 turbo on it.
most drifters go for the sr20det though, since they have more low down torque. driftmike [pic] has an sr20det in his silvia. and as you can see, he's the one getting the biggest angles on the video, also with the highest entry speed, he really knows how to drift.
The light blue s13 does have an rb20det but it's pretty stock there, compared to gavs old setup. i'll tell gav you like his drifting and see if he wants to register on these forums.
cheers,
Chris.

GTS25t - in that 100 meg video with all the 240's, do you know what kind of bov the gray sil-80 had? the best way i can describe it is it makes kind of a 'whimpering' sound. any idea? or maybe it's just compressor surge? thanks...
that was a badass vid, I caint wait to get my RB motor in there. engine bay should be painted this weekend. If anybody can post pics on here of the process I would email them so everybody can see it as it comes along. email me at: iroc_07@yahoo.com
