Here is what I bought...

Driveshaft, complete custom rated up to 600HP-$407
Waterpump-$150
Timing belt-$75
Thermostat-$25
Radiator hoses-$30

Stock crossmember, had to cut under the hood, gonns have to cut some more also

Stock boost, stock everything except airfilter and exhaust

Steering column hits turbo elbow, shifter further forward, I got a R32 trans so I am still trying to figure out the speedo, no reverse lights(switch in trans is dead).

Thats about it. I got everything else to work, even the check engine light.

Thanks for the comments! Anyone has questions, feel free to email me. jbpowell@nycap.rr.com

Talk to you all later!

I just sat down and wired it all myself, no real "setup" After talking to you about it and you told me to "just extend all the wires" I sat down with both wiring diagrams, figured out what needed to go where, and wired up the ECU to the motor. Then I took both clusters and sat them next to each other and cut the plugs on the back of the KA cluster, labeled all the wires, cut the plugs from the BR cluster, labeled all the wires, and started piecing it all back together. I still need to wire the reverse lights and the speedo, but I think I got that all figured out.

I am gonna use the KA speed sensor with the RB gear and hopefully it will work close if my rear end is geared the same and the GTS-T came with 15 Wheels(I think it was 16 though).

Trying to research it all now. I think the R32 trans I got had the same diff ratio as the 240SX but I am not all that sure yet.

I may need to use that gear instead.

What about the intercooler. I couldn't see it in your pictures and I didn't see it in the price list, so I assume you used the stock intercooler. How'd that fit? Where did you get the engine? You really cleaned it up nice. As for sleepers, I give yours a ten! Have you run it at the track, if not, let us know if/when you ever do. Very nice car.

I used the stock side mount intercooler. I have not run it at the track, I just got it running Sunday and this coming saturday is the last open track day of the season. Rain & snow is coming.

I got the engine from a guy in Washington that doesnt import RB motors anymore, I lucked out in a way because he wanted to get rid of it pretty bad, but it wasnt in the best of shape. He did make true on the motor and got me another head for the motor when the origional one blew up, but it took like 3 months after I told him about it to get it.

Thanks for the compliments, it means alot. I spent alot of time on the car and love to hear how much everyone likes it.

I had to drill a hole for the intercooler piping, I used one of the holes already there for one of the pipes, and just made another one. I found out later that you cant really trust the stock hole because the R33 side mount doesnt line up correctly there. It fits, but barely. You need to ream the existing hole towards the frame rail and THEN drill the other one after that. If $$$ permits, I suggest just getting the front mount and having piping made after that.
