Your question is too broad. It all depends on the mechanic and what they specialize in. Some mechanics wont touch a RB series motors because they've never worked on them, and some will specialize in Nissan motors(JDM). Anything that breaks can more or less be fixed, its the time and money it takes that makes the differenece in motors. Your in Miami so you shouldnt have a problem with those motors. Im in Tampa, and we have a few people that will work on them and one guy owns a authenic JDM RHD Skyline R32 who works at a local shop. The parts to replace common problems is the key. RB series motors arent too popular in the states to warrant a demand for companies to keep an inventory of OEM parts(belts, oil pans, gaskets, pumps, etc). Some companies have the parts, but to find ONE company that carries a complete inventory of all the common replacement parts is close to none. And getting a part from Japan can take months.

You can try Ricky at Raceup, he's in Miami. Dont know if he can source RB parts but I know he sells the motors. Actually, he's sells alot of motors to some of the shops here in Tampa.
