I started this over on another forum... firgue I would post it here too.
Run low 13s and have about 300HP, What mods needed for SR20?
Parts required
-ECU (Power FC or similar)
-3" exhaust from turbo (most brands will suffice)
-Fuel pump (350 horsepower capable)
-Boost control (electronic or pneumatic)
-550cc injectors (you can go 740cc but probably a bit overkill)
-Pod filter or form of CAI (stock is ok but at this power will be a bit restrictive)
-Turbo (an HKS 2530 or TRUST T517z would suit)
-Front mount intercooler
-Clutch
-Airflow meter (Z32 or similar - if you go for the Power FC DJETRO then you won't need an airflow meter at all)
So that should do it for everyone that's still running a stock sr20 and if they want more power without touching the block.

if you have 300WHP in a 240sx and run 13's you have issues... my buddy on a stock LSD but on slicks ran a 12.8 on probably about 250whp on an SR... this is pretty much what he had...
Stock T28 S15 turbo, its ball bearing spool up owns ya..
Greddy front mount intercooler
Greddy turbo timer
Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller
HKS wastegate actuator (allows for more consistant boost, he hits and maintains his peak, the stock wastegate actuator will push over even what your controller says, and thats not good.)
Greddy Blow off valve, i think its the Type S... its not loud at all though, and its recirculated...
Apexi SAFC
Walbro 255 fuel pump
JIC magic 3 inch downpipe
3inch custom exhaust to a 5zig muffler or something.. the point is 3 inch exhaust...
thats pretty much it, stock exhaust manifold, stock turbo, stock clutch, stock differential, stock ECU, stock mass air flow sensor... and running about 13 lbs of boost.

right now i run mid to low 13's with the following...
s13 sr20det red top
greddy v-spl front mount
titanium turbo manifold
3 inch exhaust
koyo radiator
stock electric fan
apex i s-afc 2 still un tuned!
8 psi of boost
stage 3 act street disc clutch
goodyear all season tires with a thread wear of 400!!! Crappy!
i dynoed my car at 220 whp and 210 ft lbs of torque
i do have slips to show hp and torque but not my times.

Recirculating the BOV is important, I've done some tuning with and without and found almost .3 second gained by recirculating the BOV. Otherwise the air that the AFM told the ECU the engine was going to get ends up blown out, so you get a rich moment each time you shift, and the engine chokes on this gas slightly and costs you time.
