s13 sr20det idle problem..please please help me =(

just finished the sr swap and the car does start and idles..but the rpms are jumpy b/w 800-1700 rpms and when the gas is revved at around 2000 rpms..the car cuts off...just wondering what is causing this and how to fix these..its been way too long and i need and want to drive the car...please please help me and thanks for your help in advance...

Sounds like a problem with the maf or cas.

Check and change your sensors, I had some MAFS probs with my car. Reset your ECU also after you change any of the sensors, by simply unhooking the neg on the battery.

Also unhook your MAFS and your battery, then hook the battery back up and start the car (without hooking up the MAFS). let it run for a few minutes (will run like ****), then shut it off and hook up the MAFS, and start again.

This sounds really weird, but I swear it worked for me.
