alright... I think I'm comin to the dark side. I think in jan. or feb. I'll have enough money to do a an S13 red top swap into my 96 S14. Right now, I have an auto in it, and I'd like to switch it to a manual. I know that when doing the swap that a tranny will come with it. I'd just like to know what else I'd possibly need to do a full conversion. Any help would be appreciated.

No... I'm just orderin the S13 redtop and five speed.

Get the front clip dude, u will have almost everything you need for the swap. You would also need to by a Manual Driveshaft. Off the top of my head thats the only other thing u will need.
