just need some questions answered and sorry if this has been beaten to death. is the wiring the same for the s13 and s14 chassis when dropping in a sr20det red top? i found a little bit of info for the s13 but not for the s14. if someone can lead me in the right direction that would be great. yes i already been to srswap.com and all that seems to be just for the s13. also what sensors need to be switched over? i plan on keeping ac too. or anything else that i need to know that has to be changed please inform me thanks. just because this is my first post doesnt mean im a newb.

First of all, is this a S13 SR your trying to fit or a S14 SR? Yes S14 wiring is different then S13..but pretty close.

either a s13 or 14 sr into a s14 is a pain IDB.

the s14 puts alot more stuff in the harness. a s13 to a s13 sr is a few snips change plugs here and there and add a little wire here and boom fin.


the s14 harness must be pulled all apart for a swap.

really?? well my plans are to drop a sr red top into s14 chassis. so what exactly do i have to do? when the time comes i dont want to have to guess where **** goes. any good detailed write ups on this? thanks

There no write ups for the SR in a S14 that i have seen. So is it a S14 SR or a S13 SR? i think u will be better off sending ur harness out to a shop and letting them do it.

well damn, i didnt want to but it looks like im gonna have to. everyone local that i have talked to said the harness is a pain in the ***. i found a guy that has pin outs but that might be too confusing for me. anyways he said his roomate will do it for me for 250. im probably just gonna do that unless i find a good write up which i have yet to find...
