SR20DE(T) swap possible on a 240s?

As for the engine size question, shesh they use enough variations of it, it really should have been easer for me to find parts for my SR20DET when i rebuilt it.
The SR20 swap for the Altima has been talked about to death. We know that there's so much custom work involved that the cost in the end would make it an impracticle swap. It sucks.

An SR can mean an FWD SR20DE, a FWD SR20DET (bluebird), a RWD SR20DET (Silvia), a RWD SR20DE (NA silvia), or even the newer SR20VE.

where do you get you engine facts from? sr16ve was made on the pulsar hatchback with 170hp and Nissan VVL only in Japan.

a fwd has a turbo on there sr20dets... it depends on the... and teh silvias dont all have turbos only the ks..... it should be a direct bolt on if you have a COMPLETE motor.... it is basicly teh same car...

you need the SR tranny too...the bellhousing is different

First hand experience, says my friend used a KA tranny with SR, with my help

i'm sure you have alot of hand experience. but all the people i know who have done swaps used the SR tranny and have confirmed the bellhousing to be different.
