Hey Folks im new to the forums, anyway my question a bit of a nub question but i cant seem to find the answers on the forum anywhere maybe im just a tool but anyway, i am going to buy a 1995-1996 nissan 240sx 5-spd soon and wanted to start things off right with a SR20DET but i was wondering would a s13 SR20DET engine fit in a s14 body, cause in canada the s13 SR20DET engines are a hella lot cheaper and more common than the s14 SR20DET engine. So if u could answer this Question for me and put my mind to ease, im trying to do all my planning and research befor i buy it, thnx

Well ive been browsing the site for a while and all i can find is that yes the s14 sr20det fits into the s13/14 but for the s13 it says "Fits into US 240SX S13 chassis with no modifications. Uses the host chassis driveshaft and differential. Uses the standard downpipe and catalytic converter with the 240SX catback exhaust. 89-90 chassis will need power steering lines and reservoir from 91-94 chassis." Just wondering where it says the s13 fits into the s14 with no modifications.
