Does any one have like a guide on how to swap out the engnes.I know what i should have but im not sure how to do it i have a realy good friend who does alot with engine swaps but need some help with this one.Any help would be appreciated.

Search and you will find ... Its been answered.

 

support the motor with a jack or engine hoist, disconnect all the electrical plugs including the starter. undo all the water lines and a few vac lines from the charcol canister, unbolt the motor mounts. pull the KA out. angle the SR so it drops in the engine bay. bolt in mounts, plug in the engine harness, connect all water lines, change the computer, change the oil, turn the key. then when it wont start, check all the connections and search for where you went wrong.

 

im afraid its not THAT easy... lol

wiring is not plug and play my friend especially a red top into an s14 ...

but its been covered endlessly, search man.
