Has anyone gotten away with using the KA throttle cable? The place i got my motor from says its possible, if you bend one bracket. I put my KA cable in there and it pulls the butterfly open even at its most extended setting, anyone have advice? thanks!

 

SR with KA cable...YES..easy as hell.
I followed the steps of some magazine swap i dont remember which right now, but what they did was basically take one of the "Z" looking brackets off the firewall (they were the ones that held the KA harness to the firewall) cut out a slot in them, bolt it up and thread the cable on it, easy as that.
Yes it works just fine.
