sr20det wont start need your help

alright so i brought my car to a shop bad maf wiring, it workd but had a horrible coolant leak, had to have it towed, almost overheated but did not fully, im doin a compression test toarrow to make sure its not a blown head gasket, so i fixed the leak and put back on the turbo, battery is alomst dead but i had my friend jump it, i turn the key and it started ther rpms jumped to 2000 and then it died instantly, now it just will not start all i get is the car cranking but not turning over, also there is this sound that it makes like a ssssssss really quickly and then stops and does it again, please help me what is wrong with my car i am getting new coilpack tomarrow so hopefully that will solve it please help me guys thanks

nope all new vacuum lines, just replaced them, somehow coolant was in the maf plug do you think that could have shorted out the maf...maybe causing it not to stay running
