what problems should i look for doing a swap from an automatic 1998 240sx se to a 6 spd s15 sr20 in clearnce for the shifter and everything

The shifter needs to be taken out when dropping the engine in and then u can replace it easily after the tranny is mounted (this is necessary to clear the firewall). Also are you getting a clip or not? You will need to get new master and slave cylinders and clutch pedal and lines. also you will need to make sure to hook up ur clutch interlock switch.
