It matters on what the Motor set is included with.

Front clip=EVERYTHING(usually ha, but it can be missing the gauge cluster, downpipe, pedals, dash and a couple other things)
Motor set= Tranny, Engine, ECU and wiring harness(uncut or cut). Also usually have the sensors. Usually dont have downpipe, gauge cluster, I/c and piping, all the nuts and bolts you need.

world of difference between the two. Clip gives you intercooler, piping, crossmember, motor mounts, and other parts needed that many people don't think about. Being a importer I am bothered daily by the emails asking me to sell the harness and ECU, or the 5sp out of my 1/2 cuts because they buy the cheap incomplete swap elseware and can't get the rest of the parts. Like for a SR20DET swap the clip gives you everything needed, radiator and all, and can be swapped in in one long day because you have everything needed.

If you dont know the difference there, you need to pay someone to install your motor.

Yeah I have to agree with Jon, and of course the clip comes with a full harness. Clips will start and run if you hook up some fuel and install a battery.

Yes I do installs too....
