Also a KA-T has much more Torque then SR20DET motor and a 2.4 can be bored out to a 2.7 I guess the older hot rodders where right more hp per cubic inch.

You have to have torque to make up for lost HP to don't forget that.

Also I am trying to keep good deeds with everyone on this forum so please keep good deeds with me

I am just stateing what I know, not what is the best because me personally I would rather have a fwd SR20DE then turbo it US Market then a JDM SR20DET any day..

Yeah Phase2, the shop I bought my SR clip from, has a S13 sr with 526 rwhp on a stock bottom end. NEVER seen a KA get anywhere near that on a stock bottom end. Other than that in Japan I've seen examples of SR20's go to 800 hp.

Yep thats it he blew them up but I'm just proving anything is possible.

Why not even just hook up two RB motors that would be awesome it has been done on a eagle talon.

But on the other hand putting a rb motor in is heavy and you loose the drifting class with it.

I am not talking about Japan here this isn't Japan

I have seen a local shop here ET Motorsports put out 694 wheel horsepower.

I think the engines the SR and the KA are both good motors just I think they both can put out equal HP but far as torque the KA will eat a SR any day.

I also had a older 240SX I almost put a SR in but I changed my mind after seeing a KA's torque numbers..

You loose the weight balance of the car the RB is heavier then the SR or the KA

i would figure the extra weight in the front makes the back go out easier, but i guess it just makes it understeer more (or oversteer less?) but what do i know i drive a nissan truck and a prelude

What does it matter where it is an engines hp numbers aren't affected by the country. So 694 isn't higher than the highest sr's.....

You also learn from your mistakes too

But your right I wouldn't want to blow up 4 motors either.
