wiring harnesses?

wiring harnesses?
i bought my car with the swap already performed, but with several things not re-hooked back up.. for instance, the headlights, odometer, cruise control, etc....are not working right now. are there special harnesses that nees to be purchased in order to hook them up or is it as simple as just looking hard enough to find the loose ends? (1991 240sx with red top SR20DET)
