Well might as well join in finally. I am still a honda person and drive a 240sx with plans to do the silvia S13 front end with the 2 beam projector headlights but i still love hondas. Hondas are nice little cars with good gas milage and can be very quick but you have to understand ive been doing hondas for about 6 years now and i have a shop that does fabrication because bolt on honda parts are boring. I have not converted but i am keeping an open mind to different cars and so should YOU!! I guess i really do suck also for getting into honda's too right?

no, not really. hey, u like what u like, as long as ur happy with it, then it shouldn't be a problem. however, since is this is a nissan-oriented board, don't expect a big, macy's style parade in honor of honda's just because u like em...

Wait...I'm still a Honda kid, if you couldn't tell by the name.

If you read my tagline, you'll also realize I have gotten into 240's recently. I actually tried to buy an American S15 before I got my Hype R, but the jerk sold it out from under me. So I ended up getting the car I have now. Granted, it's really nice, but I would like something RWD.

Which is why my friend and I recently purchased a 93 SE. As it is currently engineless, I am doing alot of work to try and figure out which engine to buy. I have found myself leaning toward the SR for weight reasons, but the RB20DET still intrigues me. Anyone done a full price estimate for it, including UH mounts and other various parts needed to make it run? What I mean to ask is, what is the total cost to install each one, not including labor since I've already lined up free swap help?

Now that I have a 240, does this mean I get a Macy's parade?

Yes I do actually...I like to pretend the "S14.5" is really a S15 because of its appearance. Ah ha! And you thought I was a silly newb! OK...so maybe I am (a little).

I have to try and keep you cats on your toes!

There are still quite a few things about Nissans I don't know (that's not one of them), and that's why I am here: to learn...
