240sx text on windows

I searched around without any luck so I figured I'd post it on here. I was wondering about the "240sx" text on the rear side windows of my S13 Hatch and how it is on there. Is it on the glass or is it attached to the black part behind the glass? The reason I am wondering is because I'd like to remove it if I can find an easy way and that depends on how it is on there.

i think its in the glass, usually when people sell the 180sx ones they are within the glass, dont think you can remove it, maybe you can get some custom glass cut outs to fit, or a replacement at a local glass shop might be blank.

it can't be removed, wait let me rephrase that, don't try to remove it. you'll just has a mess on you're hands.
imagine the glass of a picture frame fused to the picture. thats basically what it is.

I was hoping it could come right off but I guess I'll have to figure out something else or just leave it.
