best type of seats?..and the boltey thready thingeys

I just got a 240sx from my cousin who got it from the will of a close family friend, who decided that it would be cool to try and race down the local mountain with a r32 GTS-T when he never drove a RHD car before. My cousin couldnt keep it and found out im into cars so he gave it to me.

the problem with it was that the guy removed the passenger bolt threading (i think thats what it's called its where the front bolts bolt in). I know this sounds dumb...well it is cause the guy took a mugen seat with a civic bracket and bolted it to the front threads while screwing down the pass. threading on the driver side to bolt the back bolts to. I removed the threading but I fear the it may not be of use to me since it looks like the inner bolt hole is bent flat. My question is can I find another one like in a courtesy parts store/site or do I have to get a custom one made?

Oh also I have to get new seats and im thinking of getting either non reclinable buddy club seats, or tenzo r reclinable seats. Anyone have either of these and can provide more info? simple things like how they fit, how high they ride etc. would be much appreciated

this is the threading, mounting thingey. yes i know its pretty messed up so I probably wont use it even if I could.

r u gonna be driving this car on the street? if so i would definently get reclineable seats, even if its gonna be a dedicated track car i would get reclineable seats, the only time i would get unreclineable seats is if i had them formed and fitted to me
comfort can play a pretty big role in racing, as it does with mostly anything

and then do what jramosthe1st! said

heilcoils are a good choice if you want to retain the same size bolt and don't mind the spending more money. for this application you'll still need to tap the existing nut to install the insert. so while heilcoils have a place for something like a spark plug, inthis case it's just wasted money since the kits can be spendy.

True. Just thought it might need a cleanup instead of all new threads.
