How to get peeled clear coat fixed?

How to get peeled clear coat fixed?

Sup peeps,

Just a few days ago I've noticed that on one of my wheels (sportmax 002) clear coat started peeling off. So the questions is
there anyway to get this thing fixed without resurfacing the whole rim? I know if I want to polish it, I'm gonna have to remove
the clear coat with an air craft remover or something like that but in that case I'm gonna have to do all 4, and I'm too lazy to do that
because the other 3 are just fine. Have any of you done anything like this before? BTW this is polished aluminum lip, I would really appreciate
if someone could give me some steps in order to remove those scuffs. Thanks.

im pretty sure the only way to make it look good is to resurface. but that doesnt look bad at all.
