Install Problem

Im new to this site and figured id seek out some help.

Just had a new radio installed in my 240 at a local electronics store and when i got the car back the gauge cluster lights didnt work. Thought it was just the bulbs were burnt out so i camme across this thread and bought some red leds 194's.

Now, they work very dim...but work. Only when i turn they key with the headlights off they work with switch all the way towards me they work. When i turn the headlights on they turn off and the clock goes out. Still the brake light and all the little lights work. I have all the led lights in there but if i put the old blub in one socket(they were still good) all the new bulbs go out. I have no idea what it could be and i'd apreciate any help i can get thank you.
