Before you start mauling me, I did do a search and have found nothing really useful. How did you guys with this set up get the lip to fit? I got one from a friend that decided to convert to the 91-94 style and tonight I tried just putting it up to get an idea and it looks to be about an inch or so long and doesn't really fit that great. All help is appreciated as there has got to be a right way to do this because there are soo many that look great with this lip.

yep.

 

there is no propper way of doing it, do the best you can with the availible hardware. you could always just get an aftermarket bumper or oem silvia lip if you are unsatisfied.
