check your local laws..some places its fine, but i know some places consider it more dangerous to have a cage in your street car, call up the dmv or court or whatever..

To reiterate what Brian said, please check with your local DMV or law enforcement. Your local highway patrol office should know off the top of their head if a roll cage is legal or not in AZ. In CA, its not legal for all emergency rescuing purposes, it could get in the way and in some cases force the fire department ot use the jaws of life to get you out in a situation that could have just been a normal pull this, jank that and youre out.

Id stay away from a 6pt if this is a daily.

Nice roll bar behind the front seats would do.

Roll cage can become dangerous if not wearing a helmet.

yeah one of my more "inexperienced younger friends" had a 6 point in his DD FC, and it wasn't in the best of shape on the inside either, plus the passenger seat was held on by two bolts on the same side. And when he gave a ride to one of my other friends, he hit a curb, and my other friend flew up with the seat a bashed his head on the bar and put him in the hospital. I say you put the money to better use, like gasoline. U use up a lot of it learning to become a better driver. There's reasons why i don't have a lot of "track-only" stuff on my DD/racecar, and it's not because i'm cheap. Experience has a lot to do with it. U know it's surprising these days the amount of kids that roll around with the mindset that buying all of these high performance parts is going to make them faster.
