It's very hard to tell as the video still image is very fuzzy....

It very well could be the Greddy addon lip kit for the s15.

Like redss said, it's a little tough to tell from the video but it could be the Greddy GRacer lip for the S15. It appears that it has a carbon fiber front splitter of some sorts as well though. Let me know if you'd be interested in this, I could probably get one ordered up for you no problem

The most visible portion of the S15 in that video is the front end... that's why I suggested the possibility of it simply being the lip add-on. I was way off though (obviously)
