Where can I get these???

This is from someone's car on here...sorry I can't recall who but anyways I would like to get them for my car for the easy detach bumper instead of my zipties. Although the ties keep it perfectly flush I want to clean my car up.

I was thinking Home Depot unless anyone knows exactly what they are?

clamp latches, found at hardware stores in the latch sections.

they are lame. nuts and bolts look and work a ton better
but I'm not sure where to get them, they look like the latches on tool boxes or fishing tackle boxes
