13/14..?

aight, my parents are forking out 2.2k for a car, which could get me a stock s13 5speed, and i have a couple of hundred bucks which i could do some minor mods until this summer, when i plan on doing a ca18 swap. or i could take my parents 2.2k save up a little more, and get an s14... it would cost a lil more, and a CA swap would be more of a pain... what u guys think?

its cheaper, but i kinda like the clean look of the s14 better, its just harder to get one for my price range. especially a manual... grr... i dont know what to doo

i am aware of the s12 but were talking about 240s so the s13 is the original.

Theres nothing sexier (there is, but ill get to that) than a 240 hatch with baller rims, dropped real low on a smooth looking bodykit... with a type-x wing, tails, and body pieces...

The only thing that may be sexier is a fully decked out baller *** kouki.

sure there is, its called an s14.

but even know i drive an s14 i would tell you to get the s13, and have some extra money.

s13 so you wont break the bank. odds are itll need repairs immediatley. plus the interior is cooler.

S13; if you want to throw out an engine at least make it an old(er) one. If you're planning on a CA anyway, and can live a week or two w/o a 240, start looking for shells with the body intact (they're around, mine was $500 and it still ran) and you should be able to afford the swap straight away if you're willing to do some work yourself. GL on the CA and let's see some swap pics soon!

i dont have a s13, i rele wanted one a while ago, and i got this sig made because i wanted a s13 panda. while i wouldnt mind them, a s14 is just instant balla status, even bone stock. but another problem is that its almost impossible to find a s14 5speed for within what i have and what my parents give me, so an auto would be the only option. my parents are also kind of opposed to the swap. well, my mom is, my dad is all for it. so my mom wouldnt get me a shell, even if i beg. so im thinking s13 is the way to go.

I know you're going CA, so I would recommend the lighter of the two chassis and go S13.
