go up to www.japaneseengineimport.com they are up in dc and you can drive up there and pick out your own engine
if you go with these guys make sure you call and ask what they have in stock and for how much. when i got my sr20 it said one price on the site and when i got there he said all the prices were wrong on the site but I ended up talking him into giving me a s13 blacktop for the price of a redtop.
and also, i'm more of a coupe fan for s13's. I've seen lots of nice coupes and fastbacks, and i must say that when properly done, a coupe looks so much better.

Well I'm looking too get 250-300 whp torwards the peak of my car.. I do live in virginia haha, and it's gonna be a daily driver.
So basically, my question is which one would be a lot easier and cheaper too reach 300whp, and isn't it going to be kinda pricey to find a 240 with low miles on the KA?

I don't think you'll be able to get the answers you REALLY want unless you're actively researching this forum and other resources. You can't just take the information you get on one thread and say "Okay", because someone said so. I'm sure you've read some here and there about SR20's and KA-T's, but it's obvious that you haven't done any real research, or you would KNOW which is right for you. The same goes for anything!
By asking broad, general questions, you will get broad, general answers. Once you've done more research and are able to ask more specific questions, then we should be able to help. I mean, you're 15. This is probably your first car, right? That's a big thing. So it's important to make sure that you build the car based on what YOU want and not the opinion of others.
I don't know you. Maybe your family is rich and your parents are willing to pay for everything that you do to your car. If so, that's great. If not, then research is very very important, and I can't stress that enough. Project cars are a big undertaking that usually require a LOT of money.
Sorry to rant on, but I hope with this you're able to narrow it all down. If I offended you in any way, I'm sorry--that wasn't my purpose, just thought you should know. Good luck with everything.
No it's most definately cool, i'll be researching a lot more when I actually pick up the car..just wanted too learn a little before I did. I don't think think I will be drifting..but you never know from what I hear a lot of people pick it up when they get a 240.
its not a a little car club lol
Club-Racing is when a bunch of people come together and rent out a a track there alot of people and its not cheap and there are lots of rules and regulations to follow because on a real track a mistake can turn out really bad
