ok my engine has 180,000 miles on it so what i am wondering is if i should just swap it with an sr20det or should i rebuild the one i have and just put some mods on it? i want more acceleration most of all and just plain out more power. so im just wondering wich one would be best to do and ruffly how much would each one cost?

your speaking to the right person here... no its not really worth it.. my ka had 205k some mileage and i'm trying to build it and i'm trying to save money for ca18det or even maybe an rb20 and lately i been not even working on my ka build project and been saying screw it.

well for me... i plan on getting a swap and then later on I would want to build that up too... so for me it's probably not really worth it to me anymore to go all out on my ka if i'm gonna buy a ca or rb and then rebuild that too.

if you have the same plans but right now just don't have the money for a swap like me.. rebuild the ka somewhat back up to par, drive it, go easy on it, and keep saving for the swap

you don't need to buy any extra parts for doing the sr20 swap if you buy it off from a good compnay that will included everything you need...

if you buy from a **** company for an sr20 and if parts are missing you gonna need to find out what and look for it somewhere
