Question 5-lug conversion

I have a 1996 240, and I'm looking to do a 5 lug conversion. Mine is the base model 4 lug. Does anyone know if I can just order SE hubs form the parts store, or if I should order a conversion kit. Will the SE hubs bolt up to my factory equipment, or are there brackets and bolts that would come with a 5 lug kit??
