89 KA-T wont run

got a 89 it will start and idle fine but as soon as you give it gas it cuts off. checked the ecu and the only code is 14 (speed sensor) the air flow sensor is good and the tps has been replaced...what could it be?

you can floor it and it shudders if you try to ease in the gas it just cuts off. hold it on the floor and it shudders around 3000 rpm

pull them out. Injector o-rings could be the culprit

O2 has nothing to do with it........... i didn't run one for the last 3ish years.

OBD1

I didn't want the O2 messing with my tune at any point.

Yeah it could still start. Def check injectors and o-rings. Check the resistance on the injectors to make sure they are the same all the way down.

if it starts and idles fine you can automatically ignore half of the posts so far. i wont say what half though. what i'd like to know is when the problem started and if you have checked for codes since you replaced the tps. i have more questions but these two will do for now.
