Went through fresh alloy today and came across Ivan's (AMS/turbo240) thread. It seems that Ivan has finally beaten many records. KA24det with over 720WHP, 9.22 sec @ 155MPH, TT transmission.

hell ya ive been looking over ivan for years on kat.org
and i love the fact the he uses and auto tranny
he needs to ditch the s15 front imo

 

What he really needs is a paddle shifted automatic tranny.

 

i was wondering when he was gonna get a better time. when he ran the 9.7 i read somewhere he has a lot more room to make better runs. im not really feelin the s14.5 either, looks better zenki or kouki, not s15 conversion.

call me stupid, but exactly what kind of transmission does he use. it cant be even close to a stock auto.

 

z32 auto tranny

 

Z32 TURBO Transmission. Big difference between the 2 transmissions. An NA z32 trans can take a little under 500ft/lb.s of torque.
